For now, the forum won't be changed because it's fast and reliable enough, the design also isn't too bad, although it isn't the nicest. The forum post system is reliable and rich with various categories, in which you, the users, can post all sorts of questions and suggestions for our site. Also you can communicate with the administration team and other users very quickly.

So i think that you might be a little too critical.
